At Nelson Security Academy, we are committed to providing quality education and excellent customer service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply to course registrations, tuition payments, cancellations, transfers, and refunds.
By registering for any course offered by Nelson Security Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
A student’s seat is reserved only after registration has been completed and any required tuition or deposit has been received.
Because class sizes may be limited, we encourage students to register as early as possible.
Students who need to cancel their registration should notify Nelson Security Academy as soon as possible.

Students who cancel before the scheduled course start date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable registration, processing, or administrative fees, if applicable.
Once a student has attended class, accessed online course materials, or otherwise begun the course, tuition may become non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Access to online course materials may be considered the beginning of the course.
Once online course access has been granted, refunds may be limited or unavailable because course materials become immediately accessible.
Students who do not attend a scheduled class without providing notice may be considered ‘no-shows.’
No-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Students who cannot attend their scheduled class may request a transfer to another available class.
